We put together a varied programme which is mailed to our participants every two months. Our walks last for about 2 to 3 hours. We meet at easily accessible places with a good car park at 9:30.  The walk is organized depending on the weather conditions. We recommend good walking shoes and sticks for Nordic walking.

The hike is usually followed by lunch (optional). Dogs are welcome but they should be kept on a leash. For more information contact Nadia: 06 15 37 00 43
