Special Event

Wine tasting #5 - Exploring Minerality in Wines

We are back from our August break with a focus on a little understood concept in wine - Minerality.   Minerality is associated more with vineyard soils rather than grape variety and this tasting will introduce you to four wines (two whites and two reds) from four different regions of France. Minerality brings a freshness to wine that is perfect as we transition from summer to autumn.

Jennifer and Olivier would be happy to explore this hot topic in the wine world with you  on Tuesday, 19 September at 18h30 at La Cave des Épicuriens (17 Boulevard Albert 1er, Antibes). As always, the cost will be €25 per person (payable in cash only) and space is limited to 20 participants.  Members can bring guests at the same price. As wines and accompaniments will be sourced for the event, we ask that cancellations are made one week in advance.   To sign up, or for more information, please contact Jennifer at jennifervasta@icloud.com.

This month APERO will be at the Bar/ Café Le Crystal in Juan les Pins on Thursday Septemer 6, from 5 untill 7. Partners or friends are welcome to join.
