We welcome your participation in Hiking
(Season 2026-2027)

Participants in the following hiking groups (Hiking I - Hiking II - Friday Hikes - Saturday Hikes) need to get insurance through FFRP.

Participants who already have an FFRP Licence through another club must provide a copy of their Licence to hiking.insurance@iwcr.org. We do not accept RandoPass holders

Licences are issued from September 1 and are valid until August 31 of the following year. The insurance attached to the Licence covers the period between September 1 and December 31 of the following year so that members can renew their Licence without seeing their insurance coverage interrupted.

You can find below guidelines and forms needed to either obtain your first licence or renew your current one.

To register for a new licence & insurance or renew your existing licence and insurance,
follows the steps in the table:

Go To Step 2

Please use the Questionnaire de Santé to determine if a new medical certificate is required.

You can fill the form manulaly
You cal fill the form online

Save your filled form.
You will be asked to upload the Questionnaire after step 4.

Medical Certificate from your doctor
(usually valid for 3 years)

A medical certificate is required.

Make a digital copy of your medical certificate (a scan or a picture) before you proceed to registration and payment. You will be asked to upload it after step 4.

Go To Step 4

If your medical certificate is still valid and all your answers in "Questionnaire de Santé" are "NO"; new certificate is not required.

Otherwise, obtain a new certificate from your doctor. Make a digital copy of it (.pdf or picture) before you proceed to registration and payment. You will be asked to upload it after step 4.

The insurance attached to the Licence(s) covers Civil Responsibility and Bodily Injury for the period between September 1 and December 31 of the following year so that the members can renew their Licence(s) without seeing their insurance coverage interrupted.
