We are continuing to celebrate the Christmas and Holiday season with another lunch on the Juans les Pins seafront. Ineke Keij, Group Leader of Antibes, has organised a special Provençal style lunch to welcome in the New Year.
This is a special 3 course Provençal menu designed for us by the chef.

Tourte de Blettes/ local chard pie with a unique flavor
Coca fritta Niçois/ puff pastry with onions, peppers and tomatoes

Daube provençale/ famous local beef stew cooked in a 'daubière', heavy casserole pot
Filet de loup de mer sauce citrons de Menton et ses petits légumes/ filet of sea bass, lemon sauce and small vegetables

Bûche patissière façon Tatin/ Pastry log style Tatin with caramel, apples and chocolate
Buchée glacée fruits de south
Aperitif Kir, 2 glasses of wine, water, coffee or tea are included.
The restaurant is a 5 minutes' walk from the Juan railway station. Bus lines 30 and 31 passes by the restaurant. Parking in the streets nearby or at parking Courbet behind the Juan railway station, 5 minutes' walk. In addition, there is a covered parking at Centre de Congres, chemin des Sables, 10 minutes' walk.
