In a two-hour talk, Trish Fenton, a ‘nose’ will introduce us to the ‘World of Flavours and Fragrances’, taking us through a whole range of both and explaining how we experience them.
To be followed by a buffet lunch. Talk 10.00 – 12.00, lunch 12.00 onwards.
