Join us for a memorable afternoon of fun and action … this is a wonderful opportunity to learn some great Latino dance steps(Salsa, Chacha, and Bachata) with expert teacher Jean-Louis Levenson, who is as passionate about dance as he is about his charity CENT MILLION D’ENFANTS of which he is the Chairman. He is a lawyer by profession having studied at the best French Schools. His dancing career began as a youth in Haiti and is ever expanding. Currently he is in demand as an instructor throughout the region and as party animator.
The program will start at 12:00 noon with a welcome Punch, followed by a Caribbean lunch comprising assorted Accras and salad, Creole chicken/vegetables and rice(cooked in Thyme and lemon, fresh fruit salad – coffee and wine.
The dance lessons will start at 14:00 followed by refreshments at 16:00, and further dance practice if desired .
Do come with your “dance partner” ideally and wear comfortable clothes and well-fitting shoes. For ladies without partners, we will do our best to find a Fred Astaire for you providing you let us know well in advance! other dancers from the local Dance Association may also be present to help you go through your paces.
Of course, spectators are also most welcome to join in the fun and enjoy the lively music..
