What personal data do we collect?
We only collect the basic personal information e.g. name, address, phone number, you have provided on this membership form, any additional information you provide to us during the course of your membership, and photographs taken of Club events and activities. We do not keep records of the events and activities that you have participated in.
Why do we need your personal data?
We need your personal information ONLY in order to communicate with you about Club events and activities. Photographs are used to illustrate the Club’s newsletter and the Club’s website, www.iwcr.org or may be shared among those attending the activity or event photographed.
Do we share your data?
No. We do not share your data with other organisations.
Your personal information is processed by the IWCR Membership Secretary in France on a password-protected data base. IWCR Board Members have access to all data, and Club event and activity organisers hold data relating to those members who participate in the event or activity they organise.
Your personal information is removed from our records two years after your membership ceases.
What if I want you to change, or delete your data from our records?
At any time you can ask to see the personal data we hold for you, request their amendment or deletion from our records by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or, if you prefer, by writing to us at The Membership Secretary, IWCR, The Grange, 815 Chemin des Gourettes, 06370 Mouans-Sartoux, France.
